Contemporary photographers seem to be in a revolutionary moment of communication. Everything is fast, everyone wants to have visibility, quality looks less important than quantity and likes are the selling factor. Why photographers want to have their own books on this era? Why so many self-published editions are produced? What is important to know in the production of a photo-book? Which are the steps to follow?
The workshop will answer to these questions, giving to the participants the orientational tools for better understand the world of photo-publishing.
The workshop is structured within two steps:
EDITING - essential starting point that shapes every photographic work, from a large pool of images participants will be guided into the selection and sequence process finalized to the creation of a photo book.
